Q: How can I avail my Free Trial and what′s the maximum limit? |
| Click on the “Free Trial” option on Prepress India’s website; fill-up the form and claim your free trial for 5 images. |

Q: what is the usual turnaround on Image Editing? |
| Prepress India usually turnaround jobs overnight within 12-24 hours. In case of the complexity of the job, our time duration may exceed 48-72 hours, which shall be communicated by our client representative in advance. |

Q: How Do I receive the Edited Images Back? |
| When the images are altered and work finished, an email notification will be sent to your email registered with us. You can tap on the link or visit the “Download” page on the website. The job number will be updated. |

Q: What format should my images be in to submit them to Prepress India? |
| We accept most kinds of digital images for editing; you can upload them on our FTP server, Dropbox or simply use our Cloud services. We accept the following formats: |
